Default Squeaky Brakes (Accord 2014)

Just replaced the brake pads and rotors (front) took it for a test drive seems to work however when I come to a complete stop in forward or reverse there is a short squeak from one side of the car.

Not sure what I did wrong as I did the same for both (apart from had to replace guide pins on side that is not squeaking due to rounded bolts)

Any ideas of what I can try or will this go away?

Welcome to the forum. When the brakes are cold. Shoot them down with water. Then take it for a test drive. If still squeak. Check both sides for proper installation of parts.

Brake squeaks can also come from parts rubbing against each other
Some use brake grease on the back of the pads and/or on the ears of the pads
This reduces the friction between the pads and brake bracket
And usually quiets down the squeak
