Water in oil, need advise

Water in oil, need advise
My stock 91' Accord quit running recently. I pulled the plugs and noticed they were wet with water/gas. I cleaned and dried them and the car started right up. Eventually the car died again. I pulled and cleaned off plugs again and it started. I ran a compression test and came up with 190,170,172 and 175. No apparent leak. When I removed the valve cover I did see the brown milky oil/water, a leak somewhere. What I find strange is that the plugs show no sign of the milky brown oil/water on them, only clearwater/gasoline. How can this water enter the cylinders without first mixing with oil? Any advise would be appreciated.

Its definately a headgasket problem. Make sure that if you are going to keep this car, to get the head resurfaced when you get the head gasket fixed, otherwise you are going to have bigger problems in the not too distant future. i.e. if the head is cracked or damaged.
