I did a little thinking and saw a few videos about ABS systems and it turns out my abs system is bad, I forgot to mention that my abs light has went on a few times in the past. I tested this my pulling the fuse to the abs system and the car brakes perfectly. Thanks to everyone that helped! Sadly like my last post tho I will be reading this 05 civic for a brand new Honda this weekend. I got a deal that I can’t pass up.
