Default Transmission fill plug came out on my 2019 Civic

Hi, yesterday I went to change my transmission fluid on my 2019 Civic 2.0, 90K miles and I noticed my transmission fill plug was just laying there. After searching I found this is a somewhat common problem. My breather cap was not clogged at all, so IDK why it came out, but it was not very tight when I put it back in. Now the problem or question I have is this... I drive on a dirt road probably a couple time a week, and there was dirt and sand all around the fill hole. I am certain some must have gotten in there, because it might have been out for a year. I don't even know how long it has been. I drained it and added 4 quarts, but should I get it flushed and change the transmission filter? Or should I change it 3 times and change the filter? At the Honda dealer they told me they never change the filter unless they do a rebuild, but maybe if dirt entered the system I should do it. Any advice would be appreciated. TY

Well it's normal. The filter is internal. If you are determined to do something you'll need to rebuild it.
Drive or rebuild, it's your choice.

"drive or rebuild" Are all your know-it-all answers rude?

I don't know what your problem is. You are trying to fix something that isn't broke. How is anyone supposed to help you?
