Recently purchased a 02 metropolitan for $100. When I turn the key on the headlight and tail light come on briefly and go off. Push the start button and nothing. If I have the start button pressed when I turn the key on it will barely crank. Purchased a new battery and it does the same thing. Checked battery voltage this morning and it shows 12.8. Starter relay just clicks after the starter kicks out. Starter relay???
