I have a 98 civic lx and the right turn signal blinks fast. Front right blinker bulb works find as well as the rear. I swapped out the relay on it and its still blinking fast. Left side it normal and both bulbs work on the right side. Any thing else I can look at? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

 

Did you try swapping bulbs?

 

yes, I checked the wiring last night and found a bad splice. repaired that and it fixed the issue.
